No. I shoot Minoltas. However, any K-mount lens made since 1975 will mount to your K110D.

IMO, attaching "macro" to the description of a zoom lens is misleading. They should be labeled "close focusing" because they are not "macro" lenses. A true macro lens is designed for optimum performance at close focusing distances, has a flat field of focus (the better to photograph documents or stamps, etc.) and produces either a 1:2 (1/2 life size) or 1:1 (life size) image of your subject. A so-called "macro" zoom will seldom give more than a 1:4 (1/4 life size) image of the subject. If you want to do true macro photography buy a true macro lens.
