I can't tell if you are a fan of them or hate them but I use them in cognitive behavioral therapy. Some of my clients HATE them, especially younger adolescents. If it is a good one, it doesn't seem like too much work. But sometimes the hardest part is just finding the time to do the work. If you invest in them they can help, but its always more effective if you have a professional to guide you through it. Is that what your looking for? good luck. Dr. max S.

I have used them before, and they help if you work them....

same for everything we persue.. it WORKS when we WORK IT...
