Retina. : basically transparent.
Lens : basically transparent.
Chroid: blood colour, but a layer of pigment between it and retina.
Cornea : clear.
Iris: V dark brown back, variously pigmented front.
Conjunctiva: clear. (sclera, underlying, basically white.)
Cillary Body: V dark brown
Optic Nerve: white-ish, (some tinge due to blood)
Aqueous Humour: clear
Vitreous Humours.:clear

For a model, clear structures may have to be denoted with pale blue. The cornea and lens are more substantial than the vitreous, and the aqueous is almost pure water. Perhaps different blues to suggest this.
