O.k. I don't understand, how is your PS3 messed up already? I've had my PS3 for almost a year and it's still running fine. If you are having problems with it you need to call Sony not return it. Plus, you've had the PS3 for 3 months so I doubt that you can return it anyways.

Just use your warranty and take it back to sony. If taken back to consumer stores, they wont do nothing about it because they have nothing to do with it anymore.

Im not sure, depends if you bought a warranty along with it.
and while your at it, buy an xbox 360 with halo 3 ;)
