Does anybody know any exercises I can do to increase my flexibility? I'm a 15 y/o male with European heritage so my legs have grown a lot. I want to regain the flexibility I once had to begin training in gymnastics. So, with this in mind does anybody have some tips for regaining flexibility and stamina? All comments are appreciated. Thanks

hmmmmm flexibility and stamina eh well for flexibility just do the basic stretches like trying to touch your toes from standing and sitting and put your legs together and push your head to the floor do all kinds of leg stretches like calf stretches etc. well for stamina my friend does muay thai and he told me that running kilometers everyday and adding more and more each day can help stamina and do crunches as well and you should already know to stretch before and after every time you exercise well this is what i do everyday and it really HELPS!!!

The best method by far is the PNF method. Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation is a scientific design based on facts about how your muscles work.

Google it for a complete explanation.
