You cannot. As of 01 Dec 2007, no more new cars can be imported in the country.
Unfortunately, you should have bought 3 weeks ago when the prices were discounted 50%. For instance, Toyota was selling 2007 Camrys for $7,000 in order to get rid of them to avoid the Federal Reserve Import Tax.
