im 12 and i play bball and after every game i have joint pain in my knees sometymes they give out during the games

This is something you should talk to your parents about. I think you should see a doctor and, be cleared for children's arthritis and rheumatism, etc. then go from there.
Some sports are not meant for everyone. Soccer, as much as it's a fun game, can be very overtaxing to some kids. Football is not for everyone.
I have two nephews that made their way through college on scholarships in soccer, they've both had surgery now three or four times on their knees, for the pounding they gave them in their teens playing soccer. They're in their thirties, sometimes it isn't worth it.

I can't tell you what to take for the pain but, I'm sure your mom can, see that doctor if possible.
