It's not just the wide people, but the tall people tend to be guilty at this.
I'm a rather short adult but I stand back to try and allow shorter people, such as kids, get a fair shot at seeing things. However, some six-foot moose often takes that spot and blocks my view completely.
Boo to all of them.

If parents want their kids to see something, they should get their kids to the event early enough to get a spot up front. I think whoever is there early should get to sit up front regardless of age, size, or whatever. Kids don't have the right to sit up front just because they're kids and their parents can't plan properly.

nowadays you have to screen everything a kid watches, from television to kids events. the wide bodied adults are nature's gift to this purpose
