Your height is pretty much hereditary. And if you're over about 17 years old, you're done growing in height, since most of your height is achieved during puberty.
HOWEVER if you're younger than that and still have some growing to do, having a balanced, nutritious diet and exercising can help you be as healthy as possible and MAYBE make you a bit taller than if you had an unhealthy lifestyle.

haha eating cheese sounds stupid but it is true. All dairy products help. Skipping helps you grow a lot. I heard from someone my standing up with a marble placed in the direct middle of your feet you can stimulate growth.

All you people are crazy.
Protein and calcium can make it easier for your body to produce bone tissue, but as far as growing taller, only time/genetics will do that.
