Not necessarily. Sometimes she is attracted to his personality, looks etc. Most women usually don't think of the sex right away. They want to get to know the guy first.
That is not always the case, however. There are times when it really is just a sexual attraction.

Not necessarily. She could be attracted to him intellectually or begins to affections for him. It's also possible she could be attracted to him sexually. But most of the time, girls don't get attracted to guys just physically, our brains are made up differently.
