Soooo my gf and I have been going out for 6 months but we've known each other since 2004...we are about to move into an apartment in a month or so, her best friends are a couple minutes away from us. These are 2 guys that I haven't met and they've known her for years. Her question to me tonight was what if I go out and I spend the night with them and spend the night over would that be ok? Uhh no I mean what is so special to spend the night with them? Isn't spending time with them enough? Help how should I even explain this to her....thanks for your time and answer away

Simple, tell her you're the only guy she should be sleeping with. Even if it's just sleeping, it's not right.

Yea that does seem a little odd on her part. I mean if there were other people spending the night and there was a party or something then it would be semi-appropriate. But sleeping there is a little fishy. Talk to her about it and try to understand her position. But if she doesn't portray a good argument or semi-good points to why she wants to be able to do this. Give it to her straight "I don't feel comfortable about this". But you need to explain to her why you think it's not alright. And talk to her on a mature level. Don't give attitude or be mean in any way.

Ask her how she would feel, if you would spend the night over with 2 of you friends(girls). I don't think so. Why does she want to spend the night? If it's close to the apartment, she could drive herself home or take a cap or walk home. I would never suggest this to my boyfriend.

just tell her that. say u dont go spending the night with ur girl-friends.. so no she cannot. say its fine if u are there, but otherwise no. she should understand. there is nothing wrong with that.
and if she is old enuf to be moving in with u, NO way should she be spending the night with other guys. innocent or not, its crazy. if ur there, tahts alright, but otherwise she has no need to. she's not in pre-k anymore. she's a consenting adult and so are they.

If I were her bf, I would not want her spending the night at other men's houses. But that is just me. Ask her how she would appreciate it if you asked her to stay at two of your female friends' house overnight..
