Will getting my bachelors in biology help with a career in radiology?

After I get my bachelors in bio I want to get certified as a radiology tech. Is it a waste to continue my biology degree or will it help me in the future? I want to go into neuroradiology if possible, or specialize in ultrasounds.

I'll also be getting an MBA. I'm a little over two years into my degree.

Knowing anatomy and physiology is very important, so yes it would be helpful.
