kind of dumb right ?/ hehehehe! i mean if u knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that when u died you would go to heaven then millions of christians that hold to this falicy should indeed end their life !! i mean why waste any more time on this planet then right?
it amazes me beyong belief that christians call islamic terrorists pagans because they blow themselves and others with them to smitherines because they have been told they will be rewarded in the after life when they die..
wait!! before i am condemned here and thrown to the wolves hehe! think about it more!!! islamic terrorist have this belief,, in which is not the biblical truth, and yet those of christianity claim also that they are already sealed and they are ready to go to heaven n yet they cowl in fear at the prospect of death, why??. . do u remeber the story years ago of a daredevil that used to to walk a tight rope acroos niagra falls ? he then took a wheel barrow and asked the audience who believes i can take this wheel barrow acrooss the tipe rope to the other side >> the audience seemed to come alive with you can do it yes you can do it ,, loudly cheering ,, ---------------- the stunt man the n replied---------------------- ok the who will be the first one to get inside the wheel barrow then??? hahahahahha!!! yes ,, it did hapen that way too and you know what???----------- he didnt get any volunteers either.. what need would their be for jesus to return to this earth for then if everyone went to heaven at death>>
would that not also make his promise to the deciples OF HIS RETURNING IN THE CLOUDS A LIE..
in john 14 m 1 to 3 he says in my fathers house are many rooms i go to prepare a place for you and if i go i will return again that where i am you maybe also,, hmmmmmmm lets see his exact words are if ig ,, i will return again , that where i am u may be also ????
whats the point of returning to gather those then if they already have been in heaven all this time?? illogical reasoning ! the angels too are lying then , they told the deciples , this same jesus u seen go up into heaven will appear in like mann.. i guess the whole acount of jesus return would have to be re-writen then in order for christians to be right then . either that or someone is misinterpeting the scriptures to fit the pattern they believe hmm>?? think about it ,, bro murray

Religious people who are assured they will go to heaven when they die don't immediately suicide themselves as would seem the natural response to such a belief because they are also taught that life here on earth is a test of their virtue in following rules and denying their urges. The failure of religion is that the mind is ignored, reason is abandoned, out of an overwhelming fear of being exiled from society.

No one knows what heaven will be like. Its beyond what we can imagine. and people are more comfortable with what we know than what we don't, even if its supposed to be great. Basically the attitude is "everything is fine why mess with it". and then, of course, there is always a little fear that you won't go to heaven. This is in everybody, even the most devout individuals in there religion.

I don't believe in either....It's my lucky day!! I get to be the non-believer for a change:

Seriously though, death makes life worth living. Life and death are like two sides of a coin, one without the other is meaningless. Death can come without warning and with alarming finality, but it is not to be feared. I would never throw my life away, but I will die for what I believe in. If you live without expectation or regret, death means nothing.

Of course some of you might not think that means much coming from believer in reincarnation. I guess I can't win 'em all.

With Love,

That's an old Country Gospel song, you know. It's called "Everybody Wants to Go to Heaven" (but Nobody Wants to Die). In one of her earliest albums, Loretta Lynn sang an excellent version of it.

The physical cloak we are using on earth cannot accompany anyone into heaven, it must fall off from the human spirit through death.

However, the human spirit which is the real living core continues to exist after physical death.

The fear amongst us is as a result of the misunderstanding of what happens at death.

I have no fear of death it was conquered 2000 years ago. I fear dieing. Look I don't like pain and suffering call me human. I don't want to loose my mind or my health. Granted heaven is going to be amazing and any pain and suffering is more than worth it to be there, but if I can go peacefully in my sleep so be it.

Your question doesn't make sense.

Everyone in this world (for the most part) would like to go to Heaven and there are many who wish they don't go Hell.

But why would you state that no one wants to die first?

Would you want to die first? Answer your question or explain it better.

This is quite dependent on personal belief, but I would posit that for the majority heaven and life are interconnected, life is viewed as precious in all major religions, and in general beliefs of Theistic religion (Judeo-Christian-Islamic) life affects the afterlife. Its probably also those who want to go first already have.

Because when you die you don't go straight to Heaven. Read the bible. The dead are 'sleeping'. When Jesus comes back everyone will be resurrected to go to heaven.
