Does making my foot numb cause any long term damge? It goes numb through the prevention of circulation, when i sit with my left leg over my right thigh. It doesn't really hurt, I just feel the fun tingling sensation of the blood rushing through after i let it free.

Yes, it could possibly cause long term damage such as if Diabetes is the cause for the numbness which comes from neuropathy.

But sometimes numbness can occur from sitting too long. To help prevent some of that is to take frequent stand up breaks to get the circulation moving again.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
