1 block of cream cheese softened
1 tbsp sour cream
1 small tub of cottage cheese
1 pinch tarragon
1 diced green bell pepper
1 diced red bell pepper
1 finely diced onion
1 pinch basil
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup of milk
blend all ingredients together, except for the peppers. once dip is consistency of french onion dip, then add the onions and peppers. spread on water crackers, or a toasted loaf of french bread.

Chicken wings, with a dip of ranch dressing mixed in with BBQ sauce and a slpash of tabaasco sauce, WOW!
can be with rolled up ham too!
those little smokies work good too!
