Ok sure it is a bit over priced and I could do with out the whole purple bag gimmick.........but is this not the best god dammned liqour on the planet (and when I say planet, I mean from what you can find at your local liqour store, yes I realize there are 500,000 other whiskey's yada yada) Yummy stuff though!

No way. I think Crown falls right in with Jack Daniels and Jose Cuervo as the most over priced liquors out there. I personally can't stomach American or Canadian whiskeys for the most part, you need to get Irish or Scotch for the good stuff. I'd have to say Bushmill's 10 year old single malt whiskey is the best bang for your buck out there. You can find it for $25-$35 depending on the store.

Like anything of Quality a label or trademark signature goes with. A purple bag may be CR trademark and the bags make great Holiday Stuffers. It is the best on the market but it is a high Quality Liquor. Everyone has their own taste and I doubt you could get a 100 people to agree on 3 brands, But it is alot better then many others out there.

Is really not that great you should consider buying something else there's a lot of drinks out there. I like Jack Daniels Blue Label but that's expensive. I usually drink 5 shots of Jose,1 jack and coke, 3 coronas and coffee.

Crown is just like Heineken. People only drink it because it is higher class. It doesn't taste as good as things in the same price range, but it is like a status symbol. Morons.
