me and my family had been waiting for 3 years for our visa's to come over to the usa. whenever the visa process took a step forward it got knocked three steps back. i told my self that we would never get to go so when we got our visas in july i was gutted because i didn't want to move across the world.
so we have been living here since 8th september and since that day my life has been a misery i'm always arguing with my mum. to be honest i hate it here but when ever i bring it up my mum just does not listen.my mums friend said that i could stay there when i get back to england.
how can i get her to understand?

Your place is with your family not your friends.
Try making friends. You think YOU have it bad, I moved 21 times by the time I was 19 hon. There's good people in all places and I know you miss home, but make the best of it.You might even like it here if you'll just be nice and not take out your anger on our society. When you turn 18 you can always move back, by then, I bet there will be people here who will love and miss you if you do move back.

Sweetie, you haven't been here long enough. have you thought about the financial issues your mother may have had to face to get you all here and the ones she will have to face to send you back and pay for your room and board in England. I don't want to call you selfish but your question does sound a bit self-serving. You should have addressed this matter more aggressively in England. I think you should try to build a life here until YOU can afford to get back to England. Welcome to the U. S. A.!
