Is it considered cutting if the person uses a pen cap?
It doesnt make her bleed. But it causes big scabs. the kind that you cant really get off your skin cuz they are so thin.

i believe what doctors consider cutting is; the skin is torn and takes 4 days to 4 weeks to heal. Anything below that would be scratching.

i agree with Demetri on this one but try to get her to talk so some one it could escalate into real cutting.
