I don't have the technical terms, but there is a mechanism in the brain that turns off your automatic reactions. Meaning your large muscles become partially immobilized while you are in a sleep state.
There are certain things that will get an automatic reaction when you are awake. When you are dreaming, your brain would also react like that if it weren't for the fact that your automatic responses have been "shut off".
However, sometimes when you are partially asleep or especially when you are falling asleep, you begin to dream before this happens. Thus, sometimes you wake up with your legs jumping or your body reacting to a stimulus from a dream.
Cool stuff. I get this alot too.

Sometimes when you dream your spirit goes off traveling. When it comes back to your body you get that sensation just as you wake up.

That you need to stop astral projecting, it's not good for you.
Sounds like for some reason you've lost the "hedge" of protection arround you.
You might want to try this.
Before you go tho bed tonight ask Jesus to restore his hedge of protection around you, claim his protection if you have to (Ephesians chapter 6, verse 11 - 18)
Ask Jesus to do the fighting for you. and apologise for wandering into this mess.
All he needs is you to call on his name, and ask him.
