if one had the faith of a mustard seed they could move a mountain-see any mountains moving-guess there isnt much faith because if there was that would provide all the proof needed-faith can make proof-proof cant make faith--appears we have a shortage of both when it comes to a god-smile and enjoy the night

The intellect within man can discern tangible proof.
That is where tangible proof ends.

If man transcends the intellect those earlier proofs that the intellect discovered become shallow and obscure.
It is an intangible item known as faith that carries man beyond the intellect into the arena of Wisdom. This is where
man begins to comprehend that which is unseen or intangible.

Transcending the intellect is the true birthright of man.
May all of our travels be fruitful.

"Peace be always with you."

They work together. Proof builds a staircase out of logic, science, and evidence. But there is NO worldview that is based ONLY on proof. It ALWAYS takes faith to jump from your staircase of proof to a place of "belief." There is just as much "faith" in being an atheist as in being a theist. No theist can "prove" God, and no atheist can "disprove" Him. Each will build their staircase with "proof" (and both staircases can make good arguments), but it ALWAYS takes faith to jump from your proof to belief.

faith is believing something that is unknown, unforseen, and PROOF is seeing something that is true and existent....like being treated by a Psychologist for believing things that are not true, its call Phobia....also Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, the ability to imagine things that don't exist and are likely never to occur yet obsessing over them.....

Faith is when you believe it even when there is no proof.

Proof is when you only believe if there is physical evidence.
