with all that is going on in the world...would an all powerful entity be so bored as to decide the outcome of a football game or protect it's loyal followers from harm? would the flock stand solidly behind a leader, such as jerry falwell or pat robertson, when they preach...9-11 happened because of America's sinful ways? the immortal phrase that ends all scrutiny..."god works in mysterious ways".

Given the two millennia of Christian slaughter/butchery/torturing/raping/lynching/genociding
that has seen literally hundreds of millions of INNOCENTS in-voluntarily dispatched to the after life,I totally agree that in all probability that God is telling these users/abusers and bastardizers of His Son's message to "cease and desist" from their vile behaviors.
Specifically I think that God's message here is really to Bush for this whacko fundy having used GOD to justify his ILLEGAL war of choice in Iraq which has seen the slaughter of over 400,000 innocent Iraqi civilian children of God.
Obviously God does not consider the evil anti-Christ Bush as being among the "BLESSED ARE THE PEACEMAKERS" or "and the greatest of these is LOVE" and "Those who live by the sword DIE by the sword" .
And as the majority of Americans, knowing full what a lying piece of crap Bush is ,un-believably re-elected this scum ball in 2006 and God is now punishing them for this in the traditional FIRE AND BRIMSTONE manner of these whacko evangelical fundies.

I have been trying to keep My true identity a secret, but your question has upset Me. What makes you think I had anything to do with that shooting? When I gave humans free choices, I knew some of them would make bad choices, but the alternative would have been to make everyone automatons,
acting out My script. How boring tthat would be! Anyway, I'm going to have a rest now, as this has taken me 6 days to compose.
Signed,
God

GOD is always tellin EVERYONE somethin through many different ways. It doesnt need to be spelled out in blood in order for it to be recognized as a message from GOD. Now me personally, I think the world is coming an end. There's too much happening and too much chaos.

I don't believe God speaks through the gunfire of murderers. If anything, it is speaking to our society in that we make too many guns and inspire such craziness that innocent people are getting killed at record rates. The church isn't putting guns in people's hands and the church isn't pulling the trigger. I'd blame TV first and the breakdown of families in our society before I'd go blaming the church.

God does not speak to His church through acts of disaster.
God did not do this. Evil men do these things. If God wants to speak to His Church, He has assigned men of God, called prophets, to speak. God does not use fear to speak to us.

Eyota Xin:
Christians may deny the fact that God allows tragedy to alert them to their sins, but the Bible teaches that doctrine from cover to cover.
Let us read Jesus' thoughts,a s recorded in Luke 13:1 There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.
13:2 And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things?
13:3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.
13:4 Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem?
13:5 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.
So, when something terrible happens to you, it may just be because you were not obeying His Word, and God is doing whatever He can do to alert those He loves enought to die for.
And a Bible code proves Jesus is the Lamb who died to take our penalty for transgression. See http://abiblecode.tripod.com
Shalom, peace in Jesus, Ben Yeshua

Yea, and I guess when that pedophile gunned down a bunch of little girls in an amish school, God was trying to tell them something too.

well I think the message is that it is going to be hard ball during the Great Tribulation and those that want to be Christians will have to be real..
All of the Apostles died preaching the gospel except for John.
