I doubt it. We're not exactly a homogeneous group.
Believers would probably use it as another excuse for how atheists are "shoving" non-religion down their throats, just like they're doing for "Happy Holidays" now.
Never underestimate the ability of right wing Christians to turn a simple act of respect or tolerance into a rant about persecution.

A growing number of my atheist friends celebrate a holiday called HumanLight. It's a humanist holiday.

What about Towel Day? Douglas Adams was a devout atheist.

"There already is one, April 1st! Hur hur hur hur!!!!111"
Yeah..
But nah, I'm fine without one. Although a bank holiday somewhere between August and December would be nice.

Nope. They like to remain of nothing.
Edit:
Besides have you forgot about Secular Christmas. It is all about someone buying you something.
Edit:
Humanlight? Yes you will someday be a religion too, um cult too.

Considering we don't believe in anything, what would we do on that holiday?

Since there's no organization or religion, no.
I am partial to a good Festivus throwdown, though.
