Milk was originally warm when it came from the cow, so rewarming it shouldn't do any harm, it's actually better for you warm as it contains amino acids and all sorts of good stuff when it's warm and when the milk is cold those good things are dormant.

A good suggestion: on low heat, warn the milk in a microwave for a minute then sprinkle coco or chocolate powder over the top of the milk, it melts on contact with the milk, (yum) and whilst doing so stir it in.

By all means, heat the milk, stirring the chocolate into it until it all mixed up, but do not let it come to a boil. Once the milk comes to a boil, you have scalded it and it won't taste very good anymore.

Just warm up the milk in a sauce pan over a low to medium heat. Stir in chopped chocolate when the milk gets warm enough. Be careful not to scorch the milk (stir it as it heats)

Other than the temperature changing, there shouldn't be anything wrong with the milk. I always make my hot chocolate with milk.

Just don't let it boil. You'll have a nice, rich cup of chocolate with heated milk. Drop in a couple marshmallows to top it off.

Just when you are boiling your milk, do it on LOW heat be careful as it will burn to the bottom of the pot. Watch it closely. Blow on the surface and a skim will start to form. Thats when the milk is done .....Enjoy :)

Not anything bad just if your making it on a stove don't let it boil or it will thicken the milk a bit much.
