Call the police station and ask them.

Yes. I work for a college police department, and usually this happens when there is underage drinking happening, and no one at the party wants to confess the keg is thiers. The police have no recourse but to sieze the keg and tap as evidence until the owner comes forward. Taking the keg & tap will make you lose your deposit.

if there were any under age drinkers at the party you will not get your keg back, and also the police would have mentioned an outcome on the situation.

yes, but the beer inside may be gone.

i am assuming you do not own the kegs and they need to be returned to place of purchase. If you were underage, which is a strong possibility if the police took them, you may need your parents or legal guradian to retrieve them.

good luck!

Good luck! I had 2 bottles of bourbon confiscated at a state camp site and when I tried to retrieve them when we left they just laughed.

that depends. If there were any underage drinkers at the party (that the police knew about), then there isn't much of a chance. Otherwise, you should definitely call them and ask.

legally; not sure.
but if your talking constitutionally, you go to the police, ask them for your property back (because you have not violated any else's rights, and therefore have not committed a crime). when they don't give it back (they won't), you can constitutionally do anything it takes to retrieve your property and right the injustice against you, including opening fire on them if necessary.

If they were confiscated because of minors drinking then no you can't ever get them back.

it's time to rethink your life if you seriously have to ask about getting back something for beer and partying. It might seem fun at the time, but think to the future, when you are trying to convince your little boy or girl that drinking and partying is bad, I don't think that you yourself would be too happy to say that you were a crazy partier yourself. I don't know, just think about it.
