Sounds like Scrappy is winning. The both have a lot in common, they were totally unnecessary characters... both not in the original series (of course that applied to everyone in TNG, but could you imagine Kirk putting up with a kid on the bridge? or a dog?)

Wesley Crusher. He just played it like a kid that looked like he needed to get punched. Very arrogant and always looked like he was up to something or mocking.
