I have finals this week, and, even though I know the importance of satying focused and studying, I keep getting distracted and I am just burnt out. I can't take a break because I have an essay due tomorrow and I also have a final. Nor do I have access to good foods to help me focus. I am not only looking for tips to help me this week, but also any time when I feel distracted or unfocused. I'm sure someone out there is feeling the same, any advice will help. thanks!

sit down at your desk look at your paper and stare at it then tell your self how important it is for you to pass. At first take frequent breaks and gradually you will become "in" to studying

Stop worrying and stressing about it will help the most. Your A's will be long forgotten and not really matter someday. Concentrate on learning rather than getting high grades is what I teach my daughter for the long-run strategy.

Don't underestimate coffee and learning in your sleep.
