I used to be an Agnostic. I know what that is like. But for someone who admits that they don't know, you sure have formed an opinion on what is important.
I think that what you said shows that you are still trying to do it your way, you think that you have the right way to think about what is real, and what is important.
If you want to approach God scientifically, you might try Archeology. But you will only see there that there is evidence that the Bible is true, not so much that God is true.
But science wasn't the way God showed me that He is true. It was by trusting Him that He let me know that He is there. He gave me proof through His Spirit. And that's how I understand that He works. He works through His Spirit. And now that I know that His Spirit is there, I can feel confident that the Bible is true - He edifies me in the Spirit with the words in the Bible.
As far as wild theories of man, ask a man. As far as people killing people, ask the people killing people. But when you want to know God, ask Him. He has many of us answering questions - doing His work through our testimony, but eventually it has to be done through God, between Him and you.

Yes there's really a god. think about it.. how did we get here?
how was this earth (and all the other planets, stars, etc...) formed? it didn't just come out of nowhere someone or something of HIGHER intelligence created it all and everything is just beautiful (the planet, the sky, the ocfean, animals...etc) I dont believe in the big bang. Someone of HIGHER intelligence created all these things and we all know that GOD is the most intelligent one, the most all-knowing. And God cannot lie, and the bible is inspired by god (or however you wanna put it), and it says that he created everything. and since God/Jesus cannot lie you can trust that he really did that, because it says that in the bible.. that he created everything, Ok so if you do believe in the big bang.. then, okay.. how did that big mass that banged get there then, how did it form (did the scientists even explain that yet?). There's proof **all around you** that a God exists and I just mentioned the proof in the first part of my answer. I guess the only asnwer is.. Which God? there are so many religions that it makes us confused as to who that God is. The one that died for your sins.. jesus. you should really try and get to know God... if you don't believe in him, or dont want to try and go to a church, then I double dare you to go to a christian church that teaches from the bible then come tell us what you think. you won't regret it.

Well, you said if God is real then why there's people who suffer. the answer for this question is that some people don't ask God for help. If you had problems with maths and you have you exam after two days. what would you do? you have to go to the math teacher so you pass these problems. however when you don't go to the teacher you wouldn't pass through these problems and you will face problems in your exam. the same thing if you didn't ask God for help you won't get it. However God is the most Merciful, also God could test you faith and belief in disasters and suffers. About the Holy book for any religion you really have to read it and see could this possibly be the made of mankind!
you also asked if Jesus is real. I will tell you this if you believe that Jesus is not real then why is Christianity is the largest religion in the world, and if you don't believe that Jesus is not real, then any historical character could be not true!!!
this might be an incomplete answer

I believe so and I know what an agnostic is... Faith has everything to do with the realism of God and you receive faith as a gift...
Evolution is just a theory there isn't enough evidence to back it
How do you know God wasn't the big bang if you have no faith
God gave mankind free will ..We have choices and that's why there is turmoil in the world because some men choose to go their own way and that can lead to destruction ....
There is some proof that he lived and breathed through written
images and artifacts along the path he took...
Nobody can convince you that God exists this is something you have to search for yourself..knock and the door will be opened ask and you shall hear seek and you shall find..He is practical he may show you in the most simplest of ways or he could do something miraculous before your eyes..Good Luck!

I believe there is a God. I have seen miracles happen that you just can't explain otherwise.
"The Big Bang", evolution = scientific theories and nothing more. Science can prove anything if you let it.
There are still killings and genocides because God gave us freewill. Those kind of actions are not of God, there are from us. God could stop them if he wanted to, but then we wouldn't have freewill anymore, would we?
Hard evidence may not actually exist that says God and Jesus were/are real, that's why you need faith. Trust me when I say they are - I have had many events that occured in my life that proved this.
But everybody's different, right? So this is just what I believe.

There is no proof one way or the other. It cannot be proven that god exists. It cannot be proven that god doesn't exist.
If god made the earth, then god could do it any way god chose to. That includes the big bang.
If god created humans, god could create them any way god chose to, and that includes evolution.
God isn't required to tell humans how it was done. Humans that insist on a literal interpretation of the bible (or which ever religious book they adhere to) put god in a narrow box that they define. The bible has many allogorical passages, many parables, and much apocolyptic writing. No one would logically argue that those were literal, yet they still argue that the creation story is a literal six days.
There are killings and genocides because humans are human, and not perfect. Humans are prone to fear, anger, attachment, and selfishness. Humans are also prone to believing that they are right and that god is on their side. Humans have killed other humans in the name of god for as long as there have been humans and stories of god.
I personally do not believe that god takes sides in petty, human wars, even ones waged in god's name.

christians sure did a number on you agnostic folks....
first of all religion is the worship of a god.... so if you don't know there is a god either way why is it you say you are of a religion.... isn't it more accurate to say we are of an oppinion... I see the christians do a number on the atheists the same way trying to religify them as one group... rather than many different people asking the same sort of questions...
I hear the way christians argue... unless you are all knowing you can't possible know if there is a god or not... talk about spinning your head.... have you ever met a used car sales man trying to get a lemon off the lot?
if you can't find the truth look for the liars... they haven't changed much...
the catholic church promoted that the world was flat....
Honest mistake? not if you consider that they preach their god is all knowing... and that they would murder people who opposed the church's point of view...
then the churches and their all knowing god said that people who studied gravity were being deceived by the devil... and they persecuted and slandered the people who would study gravity.... gravit is a law of nature..... there are several laws of nature... but with church opposition it took the world to accept gravity .... where's the proof of gravity they say.. that's a christian view... where's the proof while they never offer proof of their own... here's the proof I would say... drop something prove to me it didnt fall on the floor...
if that is too far back to give it credibility...lets speak of another law of nature called evolution.... why is it the religions are hung up on the humans evolving from the apes? because people are arrogant and shallow and get offended by thinking coming from apes is an insult... it's an emotional not reasonable reaction...
I'm sure there is many sane examples of evolution but the christians went for the vanity in humans and got the reaction they were hoping for... they do the same by harping on the origins of the earth... no one was there... science is a visual observation and as no one was present it would be to hard to prove... how ever theories about the big bang began popping up in response to these demand of proof... but it sounded too credible to the christians so they changed their battle tune to the origins of the universe..... practiced liars that is what the christians are... but there is more... they also set back and/or slow down the understand of our world.... they seek to keep humanity in ignorance... why cause their so called all knowing god and their church can't come up with the truth.... and the more we learn about the truth the more evident that they and their god are nothing.... how do religions gain from taking credit for the work people do... they remain in power and have influence enough to screw over another generation of people....

The big bang theory does not disprove the belief in G-d. because where did the chemicals that caused the big bang come from. So since it is clear even in science that nothing can happen on its own , so it is therefor obvious that someone made those gases. That someone must be a super power who we call G-d. Also , to accept the theory (note it is merely a theory, not a fact) of evolution is crazy. because being that the human body and the universe is so complex, intricate and all working together in perfect harmony it is laughable to think that all this came about by evolution and by mistake. the chances of the world coming into existence by chance is similar chance for someone to win the first prize in the lottery 1000 consecutive weeks in a row. so after you can prove to me the chances of that happening I will be happy to discuss with you the chances of evolution.
