Matrix or Tresemme shampoo/condtioner?!-which one??

Question

I go swimming 4x a week and my hair is starting to get brittle and damaged but its also oily. I want a shampoo that protects my hair

I have Tresemme and it works great I go swimming a lot too because i am on a swim team and i went through what you are going through with your hair. trust me your hair will be smooth and silky if you use the shampoo and conditioner.

Matrix makes very good shampoos & conditioners, but I would buy the smallest bottles available to try it out first since you mentioned that your hair tends to be oily. Some of the products in the Matrix line are very thick (you didn't specify which Matrix products you were interested in). If you're washing your hair in a hurry and don't rinse the conditioner out completely your hair will be oilier and weighed down. Also- Try a product like Nexxus' Aloe-Rid to remove the chlorine from your hair (don't use it every day, it tends to dry out the hair when overused). Deep condition your hair once or twice week to help strengthen it. Bain de Terre Recovery Complex is a good one.

TRESEMME WAS USED BY MY DAUGHTER WHO WAS A BLONDE AND ON THE SWIM TEAM.
HER HAIR WAS ACTUALLY TURNING GREEN FROM THE CHLORINE, UNTIL WE USED TRESEMME.

i use tressemme, it's cheaper than matrix, and it works really well! maybe try some kind of conditioning treatment too.
