No, that's tacky. If it's just two more people, they should be invited.

I've never heard of such a thing. Part-time employees may be excluded from some things or allowed to attend a function if they pay their own expenses; but a Christmas party? Usually company picnics and Christmas parties include all employees, even those who are part-time.

the only thing i can thing of is that the two part time weekenders have to run the complex while the party is going on. If not than your company is backwards and there is something shady going on. The company does have to right to invite who they want/ dont want to any gathering but that doesnt make it right.

Ummm...no! A company Christmas party is a company Christmas party. No one should be excluded. You should stick up for the others and ask why they are being excluded.

definite! bypass. You sound such as you need to use some journey interior the social area and because you like your coworkers, you may desire to bypass. it is way less perplexing to bypass then to describe why you probably did no longer bypass the following day. ok so the social gathering starts at 7 and you get off at 7..... suited! deliver some outstanding clothing to grow to be after artwork, spruce your self up slightly and seem on the social gathering being friendly and sociable. do no longer seem on your artwork uniform under any circumstances. you will stand out like a sore thumb and not in a competent way. do no longer concentration on the undeniable fact which you probably did no longer deliver all people. that may not substantial and if asked, in simple terms say you favourite to return on my own or although you experience like asserting. Then exchange the subject by way of noticing somebody's outfit and asking in case you neglected something. human beings would be speedy to ignore the question and concentration on having a competent time. PLEASE bypass. i think of you're able to finally end up having a brilliant time.

I don't think so. Usually if they are an employee of any type, they are invited. That sounds a bit shady to me.

The holidays are supposed to be about sharing and being generous. I think it would be better to include them.
