If she is peeing in the bed when you are not home she is NOT completely house trained.
Consider crate training her.

They make a spray you can put around the bed that will keep the dog off. But crating the dog is a good idea. The dog probably has separation anxiety.

sounds like he just misses you. my brother's puppy, 7 months and house trained, does that when my brother and his girlfriend isn't at home. he will walk around the house, pee in places, poop on the carpet... then he will come upstairs, and sleep in my bed, until 6 oclock when he knows that his "mommy and daddy" will be home. and stay up until they go to bed around 9. if there is anybody else that he is close with, have them play with your dog. also, you can buy this stuff that you spray on the carpet and the dog won't pee or go anywhere near that spot. good luck!

Consider hiring a pet sitter to make mid-day visits. She may be doing this because she is angry with you for leaving. She may have seperation anxiety. Also keep her gated in a room with tile and put down puppy-pads. Take her out as soon as you get home. How long are you leaving her alone?

pup could be peeing on the bed to mark territory..... white vinegar and water will neutralize the smell, oxyclean will handle the stain..... crate the pup when you are away.

Many times dogs do this to tell you something. Take her to the vet and get a checkup.
