I spent the past two years only studying. If you count the number of times I went out you find they are less than ten times. I almost never go out except to the university and back to home. I used to study like 12 hours per day. I got so sick and I am now exhausted. I have final exams but I can't open the books. I had my first final exam on friday, it went very well but I have been trying to study for my next exam for two days and I can't. Whenever, I see the book, I get so sleepy and I lay down.
I feel lazy, tired, depressed. I don't have friends. I mean I have friends at university but I never go out with them or phone them. We are just like school mates. I feel so lonely. I just want to sleep. I don't want to eat anything.
I have headaches, bone pain, chest pain, stomach ache and I can't breath well. I have to study. I don't want to lose my high GPA but at the same time, I am tired tired tired. I can't see the books. I just want to talk with somebody
What should I do?

I can't drink alcohol it is not allowed in my religions.
I am thinking of seeing a psychologist but what can they really do to me. Study and write my exams for example.
I also have another problem. My English is not very good and especially my speaking is so so bad. I am afraid of not being able to experess myself very well to the psychologist. I though about seeing a psychologist a long time ago but this is the main reason why I haven't done so yet.

Well you said it all,,,,but never put in your mind that there is a language barrier when it comes to seeing a doctor....the psychologists have their own way of leading you to the questions which will not hinder your understanding to the langugae..for me this is just your pretext...a perfect excuse..you want to be relieved but yet you dont want to be relieved...the key to your problem is in your hand..you have to be realistic that this is happening to you, seek counselling and maybe some minor medications to stabilize this feelings of yours...what are they here for anyway....to help sick people especially at this moment of depression...believe me they can help you a lot..at least pinpoint the cause of all these ill feelings of yours..meanwhile I suggest that you takepain in managing your moods now...you have an exams true but yet feeling tired, exhausted and lonely..so in other words, hard to study, relax first.....do some breathing exercises...get a journal..I highly recommend this..........write all your emotions, pour out yourself and be honest with what you are feeling ok?I assure it helps a lot......I was once there and I know how it is.....if I was able to do it and I succeeded.................you can do it better..just think of that driving force you have in life , that purpose, that aim, that dream, that ambition...let them serve as the reason for you not to quit...and fight all these fatigue, boredom, pressures, stress and depression in life you will get by, I assure you...take it from me....ok???cheer up, it is not the end of the world!!!

Start out each day with a vigorous walk run or bike ride for at least 20 minutes. THis you give you some brain chemicals released in your head to give you some relief. Try real hard to schedule your studying intermixed with a walk or change of scenery.
Studies show that you retain information only for short periods of time so breaks are crucial to your studying. I think your mind and body are just rebelling against your self denial. So do some mind less thing like watch tv or read jokes or watch funny vids on youtube for some of your study breaks.
Go out and get some stress relief vitamins. high in the b complex and get some fish oil caps( they have them that are slow release so you don't taste them later) and take some each day and get lots of green and dark red veggies this week too--and get enough protien and iron.
I am in high agreement with those here that say you need help but I am trying to give you some short term things that will help get you through this week .

I evaluate myself a author (a minimum of, I write) and that i'm no longer depressed. yet frustration or maybe disappointment is a few thing that comes from writing, because of the fact, as somebody else pronounced in the past me, you're actually not in uncomplicated terms feeling your person united statesand downs, yet your characters besides. i'm an exceptionally emotional individual, i visit confess, and that i'm getting worked up over stuff that perhaps I shouldn't. Does how writing is going for me result my temper? i think of so. Writing is, for persons who're obsessed with it, a type of launch of their innermost self, and while directly some thing happens and that launch gets up on carry, it gets all bottled up. i assume that's why I call author's Block a illness. you're being slowly tormented to loss of existence by ability of the recommendations which you will no longer write. Haha, so yeah. Are all writers emotional people? i think of so. Are all of them depressed? i bypass to ought to disagree with that one, although they actual all might properly be depressed at different circumstances.

if u feel lazy and tired just sleep, sleep, and then do somemore sleeping i no that helped me. and and the sight and feeling thing i no who u feel the same thing happened to me last night i got so dizzy while i was on the fone with a friend i was holding onto my dresser then i though i was ok so i stood up and my feet fell out from under me i saw wat happened in the mirror i couldnt lift my head cuz it felt like it weight 50 tons and my neck didnt even feel connected to the rest of my body i was freaking out but my guy friend was just incouraging me to get up and trying to make me laugh being really sweet, sometimes u just have to screw ur studies and go out and make some friends that way wen u fall they'll try and help you back up, and hang out with a few happy people as well as people who are alo like urself that way sometimes a happy mood does help and the pain u have to ride out sometimes. try advil aleve and tylenal or if ur like me and they dont work... like i already said sleep normally by the time i wake up it doesnt hurt anymore or if it does not as bad. hope this helps and if worse comes to worse. please promise me that you'll go to the doctor im olnly 12 (turn 13 in 5 days) and i cant tell my parents due to family issues.. note if u cant see CALL THE ER DO NOT DRIVE PLEASE OH PLEASE DONT DRIVE ANY WERE IF YOU CAN SEE!!! i really ope you feel better and remember no matter wat u think someone somewere even if they dont say it or neither of you no it yet, someone loves you, thtd just my belief. im so sorry you're feeling bad i wish i could help you some how else. if you want to you can e-mail me at poemscrazy1994@yahoo.com

Let me start by stating you write very well and that is another way to talk to a doctor. Can we say "Burned Out" that is my diagnoses. Recall the reasons for your goals and you may get your inspiration back. I had a Stroke+Aneurysm +Brain Surgery in 2006, talk about depressed. I am pursuing the dreams I almost had to leave behind,forever.I will say give it a another try(a littlle slower), shake it off and get back in there! I am not a Doctor but a Survivor with a new purpose in life.Remember, someone loves you for you.

Hmmm time to get down to the shops and get yourself some Goji berries lady if its energy you seek.. just put some in a cup and cover with boiling water leave stand for 10-15 mints and eat them do this as much as you can and you will find energy and health like never before as i did.. wow i just could not beleive how good i feel when i eat these things..
and as for the sycho stuff put those out off your mind Mimi as you do not have a problem.. all you have been doin is following your dream and you just run out off steam..!
Friends you have many and when you get all those urgent priority things out off the way you will find there will be much time for change..
So for now get those books out and get yourself some gojis as you will be fine..

Go speak to your guidance counselor at school, they can set you up to meet with the school psychologist and it is totally confidential. If you dont want to do this, then ask your mom or dad to make an appointment for you to see a psychologist. They can determine what is wrong and then possibly suggest some medications that can help.

Hi,it sounds like you are burning yourself out.What do you like to do for fun?Take some time out and do that,if that don't make you feel any better you should talk with your doctor ,who will refer you to a counselor,or psychiatrist.I have a long history of depression,and i know how you feel.Definately talk to someone,you don't want to let it get so far out of hand that you completely give up on your studies,and throw away all your hard work.Good Luck.

Take some time off of studying and only read good novels and most of all start working out and get into an exercise habit. Get a trainer and start taking care of your physical and spiritual sides of yourself and give your neurons a well deserved rest.
