had a situation where you liked someone but weren't sure whether or not they liked you back, but another girl/guy liked you a lot for sure, so you just went with them instead?

Do you feel like this is just "settling for whatever you can get" or is it just the easy way out, not having to face the possibility of rejection?

awww, that reminds me of the "would you rather be with someone you love, but they don't love you back or something that loves you, but you don't love them back" I picked the person I love because I'm sure I love them because it's my own feelings. on the other hand, the person that loves me, how do i know that they actually love me, they can say that but who knows. What do you think?
That never happened to me. Not sure what i'd do though. Too hard to imagine. But isnt everyone afraid of being rejected. It's be hard to face the other person too. right?

yes i have
i think its not facing the posibility of rejection
because if the guy/girl u werent sure that liked u did reject u, i guess ud go back to the one who liked u for sure. instead of just getting rejected u go straight to the person who does really like you.
am i making sense here?
idk
hope i helped at last a lil bit

Aw, man. I keep doing that, and I'm pissing myself off. I feel like I'm settling, then I think I actually really like the person I settle for, but then that makes me feel like I just like everyone. Argh. I feel your pain.
