since yesterday morning I have felt weak and nausous and shakey, I haven't thrown up although I came close once, I don't have a fever, today my sinuses started bothering me, my nose does'nt feel stuffed up but every once in a while it feels like little bubbles are popping up there, also the back of my head is a little sore but that could be the way I am sitting on the couch, it does'nt hurt so much that I can't bend my head forward.

sounds that it very well likely may be the flu...however, often, the flu is accompanied by a fever.
please keep careful watch over your condition :)
