umm you should keep the
length, but get alot of layers
so it looks really cute
plus the dead ends will be cutt off
oh and you should go for some
side bangs
itd look extremely cute on you :D

You should definitely grow it out & get sidebangs. Also, try going one color, like blonde or chocolate brown!
