Theres a guy at work who is always flirting with me..but he flirts with other girls too...except there married an he knows that. An when i havent been there n a while he tells me he misses me. He always stares at me, an touches my hand every chance he gets.Two people have asked me if were involved. How can i tell if he likes me or just wants to use me?

Does he just flirt with you or is he genuinely interested in you? Does he ask you questions about yourself and then listen when you answer or does he just talk about general surface things or himself? Does he pay attention and remember things you've done or said? Do you see any difference in the flirty attention he pays you and the way he treats these other women? Has he asked you out?
Some people are just flirty and like attention. If he genuinely likes you for you then you should be able to tell by answering some of those questions. Hope that helps!

Stay away from people at work. You are there to work, not to fool around, and if he is flirting with everyone, then he is just feeding his ego. He has no business touching you, and you should tell him that; keep it business-like You do not mix business with pleasure!

sounds like he's just typically flirting with you,tells you he misses you? He probably says that to the other's aswell!! Find yourself a decent guy,as i don't think this one is interested in relationship terms.

Don't get involve with a co-worker, because that is bad news. Trust me.I did it and was awfully.
