Olive oil, a little butter, salt and pepper sauteed with some fresh minced garlic and lemon juice.....
Keep it simple.......and so easy and delisious........
heck, if you're in a hurry or just plain hungry, butter, salt and pepper........add a small salad and you have a nice light meatless meal.......

Well, the sauce depends upon the pasta. If they are smooth, then a lightweight sauce like an EVOO/walnut sauce or garlic/butter sauce. If they are ridged and rugged noodles, then a heavier ragu is nice.

are they chinese noodles or spaghetti noodles? if chinese noodles, try peanut butter, some sesame oil, garlic, and slice up some cucucmber to mix it in. OR you could heat up some chicken stock, add veggies, chicken pieces, onions, other aromatics...
if spaghetti noodles well marinara and alfredo are always safe bets.
