one of my co-workers is always giving me grief about every little thing. she says i'm doing stuff wrong and i have to point out and show her constantly that i am doing it right. i am so sick and tired of her that i can't stand her voice anymore. when she calls my name i'm thinking what now. i've told her off before, but i end up getting in trouble, so now i pretty much just ignore her, but she keeps messing with me. i keep imagining swinging her around by her hair.
what can i do???
please give me your advice!!!

Kill her with kindness. Be very obnoxiously complimentary to her in front of other people who are in on the joke. You can all laugh about it and see who can be the most obsequious. We do this to a woman I work with and it's totally hilarious.

If you have tried to handle this by talking with the coworker about the issue, and have been unable to resolve it. And you have discussed the issue with your unit supervisor, and have no resolution. You can try to transfer to a different area of the same facility, change to another shift, or quit. The alternative, is to learn patience.

Why not give her a dose of her own medicine? If she continue on doing this to you, you can do the same thing to her, i.e., you also tell her what she is doing is wrong, lol.
Seriously, why not do it to her also, if she complains to your bosses, you can simply tell them that you are concerned. However, you have to be prepared for the consequences, i.e., you have to look for another job. If this strategy does not work.

Well, finding another job comes to mind. Life is far too short to be spending all one's waking hours around people who make one miserable.
