MY GUARDIAN ANGEL
I think of you all day and night.
I pray for you with all my might.
And although thoughts of you still make me tear,
Deep inside I know your spirits still here.
The place you sat is cold and empty,
but the words you said will always stay with me.
Your inspirational voice is now so silent,
but the words you said are now more vibrant.
These cuts will take some time to heal,
but the scars will never truly disappear.
I'll never truly be able to express how i feel,
but I know God hears my prayers loud and clear.
I know you'll always protect me as my guardian angel.
Especially now when my hearts so fragile.
I know you'll always guide me in the right direction,
Especially now, when I'm far from perfection.
Your memories follow me everywhere i go.
Your image stays with me forever and more.
Thoughts of you have made my heart soar,
But as much as it hurts, I'll never let go!

Absolutely beautiful!!! My mother went to be with the Lord 5 years ago, and this reminded me of her. Thank you for sharing, and God bless you!!!

I think it is a lovely Poem. But also very Sad. It describes exactly how One feels after they have lost their Loved One, And the way you said it was so beautiful. It surely spoke to my Heart! While reading it, I was going down memory lane. It was If You were writing about my Dear Mother. Thank you so much. She was In every Line. I am sure many others related to Your Poem also. Just awesome.
