You say "donc." Like: il n'a que 15 ans, donc il ne peut pas conduire. Meaning: He's only 15 and, therefore can't drive.

Its all depand on the contexte so you cant presume the meaning of the word.
So if its means condition it will be donc
Therefore it will probably donc, ainsi, pourtant , pour cette raison etc.....
