Most government entities can attach your wages for unpaid taxes without a court order.

Your wages can be garnished for unpaid child support, again generally without a court order.

In many states, anyone with a court judgment against you can get a garnishment order from the court and take a portion of your wages to satisfy that debt.

As far as I know, if you do not pay child support and local income tax etc.,your state Department of Revenue and Office of Child Support Enforcement can take out those amounts automatically from your paychecks with the help of your employers.
