For a dinner, use chicken chunks, cream of mushroom and broccoli...have the chicken chunks precooked, mix it all together and bake it on a cookie sheet. It piles out in a circle, and if you just push the middle out, it looks like a wreath. Add some red bell pepper pieces for fun. Trust me, it tastes really good!

Go to the crafts section in the store and buy a cone-shaped styrofoam(tree shaped). If they have a green one, even better. Or you could wrap it in green paper.
Then, use chunks of assorted raw veggies, fruit, or cheeses and stick a toothpick through each piece. You can even put two or three on each pick.
Don't poke it so far through that it's poking out on the other side.
Then arrange the toothpicked food on the "tree" by sticking it into the syrofoam-decorating it.
Maybe use a starfruit for the top of the "tree".
Serve with dip, if you'd like.

Using low fat cream cheese, add some onion, pimentos chopped up, garlic. Mix it all together and chill for a while. After it is chilled, on a pretty platter start to shape cream cheese mixture into a wreath. once it is shaped add a little more of the pimentos to resemble the berries on a real wreath. Serve with crackers or cut up vegetables.

As soon as I read this it brought back memories. I used to take a styrofoam cone and then I would take vegetables like cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots and attach them to the cone with toothpicks. Then make a simply dip to go with it.

My favourite is a gingerbread house, decorated with candy.
Not exactly for health nuts; but you can plant trees around it.
