First, you need to read the Bible from Genesis to Revelations. I'm not trying to be smart or cynical, but there are some spiritual gifts that are not listed in 1 Corinthians 12.

1Co 12:8 -11 (MKJV)
8) For through the Spirit is given to one a word of wisdom; and to another a word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit;

9) and to another faith by the same Spirit; and to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;

10) and to another workings of powers, to another prophecy; and to another discerning of spirits; and to another kinds of tongues; and to another the interpretation of tongues.

11) But the one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing separately to each one as He desires.

Well... I'm not 100% sure what to say in response, but you'll notice these things.The easier ones to point out are Prophecy, Wisdom, and Knowledge. These (from what I've seen) are more tangible. The harder ones can be healing (because we can all heal through prayer, but God gives some a natural boost in this area), discernment, and tongues (since we should all speak in tongues).

Interpretation of Tongues can be difficult, if the person doesn't have the boldness to step out.

But this is why we have Prophets, Pastors, Teachers, Evangelists, and Apostles(Ephesians 4:11). The combination of these will help bring about the perfecting of the saints in their giftings.

Through the Holy Spirit.
God can use anyone who is willing with any of the gifts.
He also gives some abilities and talents to accomplish things for and through the church, which is comprised of all believers. When done for the glory of and to edify God, we can move mountains. One can feel the flow of the living water, God's love, coming from their innermost being. If self becomes involved, the flow slows or stops altogether and stagnates. It's not about us, it's all about our love for God and other people. It's in the giving that we receive. What a powerful and awesome God we serve.

You make it a point to fully and actively participate in all of the work, worship, sacraments, and devotions of the authentic and universal church.

Never fails.
