How to completely uninstall vista?

Can anyone tell me how to completely uninstal vista so i can when i turn on my laptop there is no os working. I wanna put tiger os on it

Insert your Tiger OS installation disc and it will install Tiger and Vista will be gone.

That will require you to erase everything on your pc. I think there is an option on how to do this, but not sure. Best bet is to install Tiger OS on there.

You can remove Vista easily, but I doubt you can put Tiger on.
