i suggest her to try eating foods rich in fiber, for example fruits like papaya, apple, prunes, grapes, bale, and pears, then drink a large glass of quality water every ten minutes for half an hour for water will help keep the stool soft and the bowels clean and lastly include some exercise for physical activity speeds the movement of waste through the intestines. But if constipation still persist then take a natural colon cleanser. For more tips on how to get rid from short or long-term constipation visit http://www.newcolonsweep.com

Hi, I feel for your sister, her problem must be solved urgently before her body gets intoxicated...She should drink plenty of liquids (over two liters a day). Drink some olive oil before bed and when she wakes up, she can also massage her lower abdomen with oil clock wise. Pure honey also helps greatly and is very good for healing many diseases. Position is extremely important, she should squat during her bowel movement or to provoke one, without straining though. That's the natural way to completely empty intestines. Try putting two sturdy stools on each side of the toilet and squat over toilet as if it were an older traditional toilet(which is much healthier!). Make sure she takes a lot of fiber, eat whole wheat instead of white flour and avoid chocolate. She should get better with these instructions, however if she is still constipated after a few days, she should seek medical help.

She needs a stool softener. Try Dulcolax-- the active ingredient is docusate sodium. This is what a pharmacist told me to use many years ago. The stool is not coming out because it is too hard. Drink plenty of water with Benefiber added to it. Benefiber is tasteless and can be mixed in hot or cold liquids without changing the taste or texture. Aloe vera juice mixed into some juice also is a good to prevent/relieve constipation. I also recommend using a complete digestive enzyme that will break down all food groups==esp. protein. My son also suffers from constipation and after using digestive enzymes, the constipation is going away.

I would use another enema. Push fiber and other foods that make you go. Fruit (apples and apple juice). For me, caffeine like a Dr. Pepper or coffee help.
But if she is starting to cramp with nausea, she needs to go to an ER. She could have a blockage and that can be very serious. My mom had 'problems' and it got so bad she was admitted to the hospital for 3 days.

In reflexology, I would have some one to give you a foot rub and use pressure from the center of the foot toward the edges of the foot to above the heel. You do not need this more than 6 minutes on each foot. You drink only water at room temp. I would say 2 cups of water over 2 hours following the foot rub. please get someone to do this foot rub.
I get paid to do this rub to give my clients some releif. Watch your diet and get plenty of fluids. Of course if this stays the same or gets worse seek medical attention. Good Luck

That's sucks so bad!
First of all go to a dollar store or the 99CentOnly store and buy the green tea called Caligirl. It's in a green box.
That stuff works wonders, tell her to use 2 tea bags.
By 2night or early in the morning she will go.
But she needs to be prepared because she will go like 3 or 4 more times.
It cleans out your system.
It's guaranteed to work.

Eat oatmeal, drink apple juice, take a couple stool softeners, take a hot bath, go to the rest room and push hard on your stomach, then relax for a little bit, then if she doesn't go within 2 hours...go to the ER.

She should go to the emergency room. I know it sounds drastic but it's actually a pretty common reason for visiting the ER, and after that many days there could be something wrong. You should really go.
Also, push fiber and lots and lots of water.
