What can I do?

I'm in this play, called The Odd Couple (Female Version), and I always get a hge splitting headache from the stage lights, is there anything I can do about this? Maybe take tylenol?
We got off the stage at 8:00 PM, it is now 9:30 PM and I still have a headache from the stage lights...
Please, If you know anything that can help me with this, or take away, or ease the pain, please let me know, I am open to all suggestions.

Yes Tylenol might be ok to take but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they suggest.
