The Bible has made several prophetic statements that astound me however I wonder how it effects other Christian and non-Christain alike, other faiths etc.

Primarily the (below) statement on how in the last days there will be "an increase in knowledge". We are deemed by the media as in the "information age" in our current times.

Do you feel this is a legitimate prophecy and why, if you do not please tell me why, what do you feel about the statement.

Daniel 12

2.And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. 3. And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever
4. But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and “knowledge shall be increased." (King James version)

2) When Jesus returns He will judge. Those that are with the Holy Spirit either dead or alive will have everlasting life with the Lord; and those that say they believe but don't practice the Word of God will be put to shame in the bottomless pit of hell with all the nonbelievers and evil doers.
3) And they that be wise in the word of God will shine like a light; and those that ministered or reached many to convert to be believers in God and Jesus Christ will be the saints in the heavens with the Lord for everlasting.
4) At the end of time many will be able to see knowledge increased, with modern technology many scientific discoveries have been accomplished and many more proven theories accomplished; and creation of futuristic technology to distribute and receive knowledge from our finger tips.
But it also means that spiritual knowledge will rise higher on the spiritual person walking with the Holy Spirit. Increase of spiritual knowledge will make the believers to see the world like Jesus did when He lived among man; with WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE OF EVERYTHING.

GOD BLESS! AMEN! SHALOM!

Dan 12:2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
Dan 12:3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars forever and ever.
Dan 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

You lacked understanding on the verses stated above because of your wickedness.
Dan 12:10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

Yes knowledge has increased but man has also become foolish in his ways .He is thinking he is wise and has no need of God .Many don't seem to realize we are in the time " as of in the days of Noah " Israel is a nation again just as was stated , and her people have been called from the four corners of the world just as stated ..Before 48 the world , would not see the rapture or the end of the church age that couldn't happen so mainly what it boils down to is the fear of the Lord wisdom not the man thinking he is wise .

One word here......... Science !!!!!!! Not all of it is good..... look at cloning and that kind of thing.... read some of the questions and answers on here.... People are turning to science and away from the Word of God..... the old saying that goes * the more ya know the less ya know* applies to this day and age....people run from this book to that book, this author to that author, believing most of what is said by anyone...... *sigh*.... sad but true...... go in peace...... God bless

The book of Daniel is a work of fraudulent fiction masquerading as a prophetic work. Relevant link:

In general, I see a decrease in knowledge with all the cable entertainment shows calling themselves news.

Americans are very ignorant of the world around them.

It's sad that we have gone, in my lifetime, from being a country with an educated working class to one of willful ignorance where fewer and fewer are bothering to check any facts and default to old myths.

It is happening before our eyes. Technology is very much enhanced, high rates of marriages, babies being born, and violence is swarming every where.
