which one would get me a batter paying job after enlistment?

Like everyone else said, you have to be the one to go out and get the job. But you can get good experience in both services. If you want to do law enforcement, you will get plenty of experience in the Coast Guard. It all depends on your rate. If you want to be a boat mechanic you can become a MK ( Machinery Technician) in the Coast Guard. The navy has something similar to that but i'm not sure what they call it.

Neither can or will get you a job after enlistment. That is totally up to you.
You have to convince a prospective employer that you have learned from your experiences and training in the military and that you will be an asset to him if he hires you.

only YOU can get yourself a good paying job after enlistment. the military has nothing to do with it.

That really depends on what your rating (or job) in the military would be.
