Is it safe to drive a car on the expressway if you have a bent strut?

NO.

Bent strut is part of the suspension/steering system. You should never drive a vehicle that is not right, doing so endangers yourself and others. Please, fix the car or keep that junk off the road.

No, replace the strut. It can become weakened and break.
