I was looking at the Cx4 online and wasn't sure if it's legal here in Cali? I suppose it should be since it's just a small rifle.
What are the prices of these? I was thinking of selling an XD and getting one of these instead...

Cx4 storms are between 650 and 800 in a gun shop. Beretta always has higher prices on their site. I have shot one. Typical Carbine. I shot the 9mm with no recoil but I prefer handguns.
What kind of XD do you have? And how much are you asking for it...???

Don't "suppose" anything in this Komunist state. The gun laws suck here. The CX4 is NOT legal for sale here because it is 1) semi auto, 2) loaded by a detachable magazine, and 3) has a pistol grip/thumbhole stock. In CA the AWB (Assault Weapons Ban only allows you to have 2 AWB features.
This is why the AR-15 is outlawed also.

from a previous CX4 owner to a shopper, id advise to stay away from this one. i had nothing but discharge problems throughout the entire time i owned it. you'd get one magazine through just fine but on the second magazine (same magazine reloaded) every other round would jam on discharge.
Also I'm seeking an XD 40 4inch or greater if this is what you've got and are getting rid of it let me know.
