The answer is a capital no. No matter how much you want to hump him and in spite of your friend giving you permission to go ahead,you should not.It makes you look like a tramp, selfish, have no morals, and doesn't care who she hurts or what she has to do to get her own way.Trust me , after some time , if you go out with him , it would affect your relationship with your friend even though you may argue that she said it was okay .Hence, I suggest you forget the whole idea and find another guy .

Figure out who is more important. Your friend or this guy? If going out with this guy is going to hurt your friend, don't. Friends last longer that BF do. It might be hard but it's the right thing. Guys come and go but friendship lasts forever.
My friends would always have a fight about a guy. Then one day they both fell for the same guy hard and it caused their friendship to end. They let one guy get between them and look were they ended up, heartbroken and one friend short.
Try to do the right thing. You'll feel better about it in the long run. :]

if you ask him out and she is really into him..you might loose a friend and gain a boyfriend...or dont ask him out and still have your friend but miss out on him..or if he isnt intrested you loose a friend AND your future bf....

well shes your best friend and i think best friends shouldnt go out with each others ex's/boyfriends. even though u like him alot just move on find another guy who hasnt been with your best friend. theirs a ton of guys out there. and maybe ur friend says its okay but deep inside she knows she feels sad. remember "chicks before *****" guys wont always be there for you but ur friend will.
